An interview precedes our collaboration.

If we come to an agreement to work together, you are going to inform me about your business in an intake interview. I’ll tell you how I work (and who I’m thinking of using with you).

Usually we start with a pilot of 1 to 3 months. We evaluate that, from which a possible long-term collaboration is agreed upon.

What is the difference between a suspect and prospect?

As long as someone is not yet a customer, I call it a lead. A lead you don’t know anything about is a suspect. A lead you do know something about, in that it could become a customer, is a prospect.

Do you also do ´cold calling´?

The soup is never eaten as hot as it is served. During our interview, it probably turns out that cold is less cold than you thought. In other words, there is usually a lead for me to make a call to your target audience.

Doesn't a relationship notice that you don't really belong to our company?

The very fact that I know less about your business makes my phone conversation valuable. The relationship often talks easier; I quickly hear what is on his/her mind.

What do you like about this work?

The personal, while maintaining the independent.

It is a privilege to ´look into the kitchens of others´. There are so many enterprising, positive-minded, smart people! This work takes me to many places, and I get a lot of inspiration, more than if I worked within just one organization. Moreover, I often reconnect people, because they have common ground they didn’t know about each other.

Contact with people is different every time. Responding to that and having a connecting conversation is like a sport. I love that. Sometimes they are also very personal, funny, moving or touching conversations.

What is your hourly rate / do you work on a ´no cure - no pay´ basis?

In this job, my job, there is never a “no cure”. However, instead of a fixed monthly or hourly rate, I sometimes agree on a combination of ‘bonus per appointment’ or ‘bonus per sale’.

How do you handle confidential information?

Of course, I do not share personal or confidential information. This is established in the General Terms and Conditions and in the Privacy Statement. Specific agreements about this can also be recorded in the cooperation agreement.
