An interview precedes our collaboration. From there in an intake conversation, we determine what I will do for you and schedule an initial session.

Do you also do team coaching?
Yes. Starting from 4 people I do it together with a colleague. Maximum 3 people I do alone.
What is holistic?
Holistic is that you look at the whole. So for example, your functioning, your health, your financial situation, your social life. Holistic is also the idea that those subjects together is more than an addition of those subjects. In other (my) words, you are organic, you can grow, and different aspects of you work on each other, preferably reinforcing of course.
At what times do you work?
From 8 am to 10 pm.
Can I speak confidentially with you about the company I work for?
Yes, certainly. If desired, we can prepare a statement for that purpose that I sign.
Can I also ask you for advice about people working for me, for example?
Yes definitely. I can also guide conversations between people.
What is the cost of Executive Coaching?
Approximately € 195, – per session (1.5 hours). We will discuss the cost in the interview that precedes our collaboration.
