Path to Lighter Life
UshActually, everything on my path so far has inspired me to do the things I still do for people today.
Vanessa (background photo 2017) in Uganda (Kampala – Zana) had created her own language; she was living in a difficult situation. She has been my inspiration to help broken people come to life.
I went to Uganda in 2015 and later (December 2022) to Rwanda, by invitation. I had already dreamed of Africa before; I heard their music in my dreams and saw their nature. Through a family reunion, I got in touch with people in Africa.
Going beyond your own limits takes courage. I went. Both to my family in America and to Uganda. I met people who wanted to help make life more beautiful. And that’s how my Army of Love in Uganda came to be.
In Uganda, boxing found me, and I developed boxing coaching. For people who aren’t big talkers and want to take themselves to a higher level. It turned out to unlock a lot within me.
Much trauma is transgenerational, and it’s important, for yourself and the next generation, not to normalize what isn’t normal.
I let go of the Army of Love in Uganda. The concept still lives within me. At Horizon House and beyond, I approach people wearing my Army of Love lens. That way, I can clearly see who and what fits with my mission.
Horizon House (HH) is a working method with certain characteristics. HH is for people (coaches) who have a heart for others, a specific professional art of working with people in need, and a healthy, happy, and energetic lifestyle. HH is for people (coachees) who are looking for a way to create a healthier, happier, and more energetic life.
Together with other professionals, whom I keep in mind within the Horizon House (HH) concept, I love to inspire others to live more consciously, lovingly, and happily, more in connection with themselves and others. That is Army of Love.
Welcome
