Working with Jolanda begins with an interview. In this, you get to know each other, and expectations are explored. When you reach a decision to work with her, Jolanda first checks with a colleague to see if she can guide you (peer review). This is followed by an intake interview with you regarding the content and approach.

Jolanda leads you quickly and confidently to what your essence is about. By guiding you in seeing and handling your challenges. For a valuable life. She does this mainly intuitively, and with a lot of experience and training. More than coaching! After or even during your individual coaching, you can also meet others in the Army of Love.
